Return Policy
Standard Return
To request a pickup for an item that you do not need please feel free to use the returns feature on our website. You can access it by clicking My Activity, Recent Web Orders and then the red triangle next to your order number. You can also email, fax, or call customer service to request a pickup. Please submit return requests within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, unused and in resaleble condition. We will issue credit upon return.
Shortage
If an item on your packing slip is not in your delivery please contact customer service immediately to report, and receive replacement.
Wrong Fill
Is an item in your delivery different than what you ordered, or different from your packing slip? Please contact customer service so we can be sure you receive the correct product.
Damaged Product
Please report any product damaged in shipping to customer service so we can replace it right away.
Defective Product
Most products carry a manufacturer warranty. If a product has been in use and no longer operates properly please contact customer service. Andrews is happy to assist with warranty claims.
