Place your order before 5:00 PM for next-business-day delivery. Deliveries to the greater Ann Arbor area will arrive before 12:00 PM. The surrounding counties arrive by 3:00 PM. Should you have an urgent office product need, please contact customer service. We can often help with same-day will call or deliveries.
Procedure
Your delivery associate will bring your packages to your desired location. Please verify the piece count at the bottom of the sheet you will be asked to sign. Your invoice/packing list will be included in your order. Please report any shortages or damaged product to customer service immediately. If you have special receiving procedures such as limited hours, or desktop delivery please contact customer service. We try to accommodate all requests.
